ALL OF THESE MEETINGS ARE CONSIDERED MANDATORY.
- Our BMOA total group meetings are as follows:
- Tuesday, October 7th – IN PERSON at High School in the Conference Hall across from the entrance to the Dining Room from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.*
- Monday, November 3rd – Zoom at 7:30 PM
- Monday, November 17th – Zoom at 7:30 PM
- Monday, January 12th – Zoom at 7:30 PM
- Tuesday, October 21st – Combined BMOA officials and MIAA coaches meeting at Mt. St. Joe at 7:30. This was sent in my previous Preseason Update #1. THIS MEETING IS ALSO CONSIDERED MANDATORY.
- Our Fall Clinic will be held on Saturday, October 18th, at Loyola University Aquatics and Rec Center at 1:00 PM. We will have a classroom session and games to officiate. More details will follow.
- Michael Stathum will be hosting a new set of Zoom presentations called “RSBQ (Rules, Signals, Basketball Questions)“. This will be advanced training discussions on officiating. It is designed to help continue the growth and development of all officials. The dates are September 8th, 15th, 23rd, October 6th and 13th. Time will be announced in the near future. ALL MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND. Attached to this email is a description of the sessions.
*Note. The officials can park in the lower lot, entering off Northern Parkway. Then take the walkway up past the Baseball dugouts. Go up the steps and then access the building at the top of the steps.
